Businesses have until April 15, 2024, to file amended returns for Q2, Q3, and Q4 of 2020, and until April 15, 2025, to file amended returns for the quarters in 2021 in which they were eligible to claim the ERC.

Don’t forget to complete the registration form for every sub agent you work with. The Sub Agent agreement is required before either your sub agent OR YOU are paid any commission.
The signing of the Sub Agent Agreement triggers the creation of the Sub Agent’s “Everee” account, which is how they will be paid.
