This support desk has taken the place of the former “Urgent Intervention Request” form, as this full-time staff is available to help you communicate important information to the ERTC Express Account Executives, as well as give you further insight to your deals.
When you submit your request via this support desk:
You will receive an email confirmation of this new ticket as well as subsequent responses and answers via email, just as you would if the ticket was handled here – The message will come from ERTC Express and the email address to look for is firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please visit https://erc.team/support and register for a support account (if you haven’t already done so) using your Recovery Profit System email Address.
With this account, you can log in and view all your tickets, the responses to those tickets, and submit any new requests.
